Every calibration includes a certificate traceable to NIST or equivalent national standards. If a calibrated instrument drifts outside specification within 90 days of service, we will recalibrate it at no charge.
Our ISO 17025 scope covers oscilloscopes (DC to 33 GHz), spectrum analyzers (9 kHz to 44 GHz), signal generators (100 kHz to 40 GHz), vector network analyzers (up to 67 GHz), optical power meters, and OTDRs. Instruments outside these frequency/parameter ranges require subcontracting to partner labs, which may extend turnaround by 5-10 business days.
Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days for calibration and 10-15 business days for repairs requiring component replacement. During peak demand periods (Q4 and early Q1), lead times may increase by 30-50%. Expedited 48-hour calibration service is available at a 40% surcharge, subject to technician availability. On-site calibration is offered within a 250-mile radius of our Portland and Munich facilities.
